Godev
Godev started from a simple idea: make game development something you can do with friends, even if they’re not developers.
It’s a 3D multiplayer game set in an office. Players share a workspace and use a simplified Godot editor — built into the game — to build games together. Projects sync in real time via Nakama. When you want to play what you’ve built, you launch it from inside Godev. Other players can join that session while it’s running. When you’re ready, you can export the project and open it in Godot.
There’s a tutorial mode for learning the basics of game development through small, guided projects. A campaign mode that adds a publishing loop and some survival mechanics. And a creative mode that’s just an open project with no constraints.
It’s been in development for a while. I’ll write more here as it moves forward.
